The dashboard is all software AI can write; the hands-on part is opening the mirror and wiring a Jetson Nano to its display and speakers.

I have a Lululemon MIRROR with the original internals removed and an NVIDIA Jetson Nano driving its display. Help me build a full-screen Django dashboard for it that shows my Google Calendar, a Notion task list, a daily affirmation and a rotating photo board, with a button that blanks the screen so it works as a plain mirror.

Story
The MIRROR was a $1,500 fitness screen that needed a subscription to do anything at all. ifueko pulled out the proprietary guts, kept the display and the speakers, and dropped in an NVIDIA Jetson Nano. A mini wireless keyboard handles input.
MagicMirror, the usual smart-mirror platform, was too limited, so the software is a custom Django stack. The dashboard pulls in Notion and Google Calendar, serves up daily affirmations, and rotates a vision board of Pinterest images. A Spotify widget is still in the works.
The best detail is the off switch. Tap a mirror emoji and the screen gets out of the way, so the glass goes back to being a plain mirror. The dashboard is a mode, not a takeover.
